
I know i said i was gonna avoid the scales, but they were there and i was there and i couldn't resist.
Sure enough the weight has gone up, 112 yesterday, boy did that feel great.
Back onto the 8stone mark. even though it's only 2lb because it equates to 8stone, it seems so much more.
I know 8stone isnt even that bad but it seems it, just because its in that '8' bracket.
It scares me how i dont seem to be losing anymore. i need to take this more seriously now.
So i have a plan, ive been restricting to 800, but its obviously too much now.
I'll change it to 500, try split it up throughout the day, but no doubt it'll turn into a late night binge and purge, which sucks!
Also some idiot bought biscuits to put in the drawer at work, i've managed to resist so far, but i just hope theyre gone when i go back. (I've had a few days off, probably why ive gained)
