New enemy

So i've been eating really well and restricting for a while now, but its got to a point were no more weight seems to come off.

I think i'm just getting hung up on the day to day changes, but its so stressful. I dont understand >.<

It could be due to the time of the month, but i just want to carry on so i can be closer to my goal.

I've just read a really inspiring blog, which i think should keep me going for today. i find they always help.

I think im gonna stop weighing myself so often, as its just making me wonder if the weight will actually ever come off!

I think to myself not far now, just a few more pounds, but then weigh myself and nothing has changed!!

    For me, I always get stressful when all I care about is restricting. Maybe you can go out dancing or window shopping with friends. This way, you're getting some cardio in without stressing.
