Night out

yesterday wasnt as bad as i thought it would be, i fasted for the last few days, cause i knew i had a night out coming up. (Boyfriends 21st)
We went to Pizza hut, but i opted for salad station, made my plate really full (but mainly just lettuce no dressing) then left all the carbs and fat, but i had to put it on my plate so people didnt notice, i was just eating lettuce right?
Then we went out round Sheffield, i dont know whats wrong with me, i know how many calories is in alcohol, but i just cant resist the stuff, and always alcopops and vodka thats fucking loaded!
I was pretty proud of myself for resisting temptation at Pizza Hut, but felt a little let down at the amount i had to drink, so it looks like being another good few days if my weight is actually gonna decrease.
I went for a run to before we went, and found that because i've been going more often, i found it a lot easier. I've started getting really wheezy afterwards though, which is a bit freaky!
My mum's asthmatic, so i hope i dont have a bit of that going off as well, that really would top it off.
I also found that instead of eating on my lunch reak at work, i can just do crunches and yoga, no-one comes in the staff room, so why the hell not!?
All in all not a bad day yesterday, but need to be better and resist alcohol, its not good!
And gives you a beer belly!
